The Dark Knight 10/10

Well there are plenty batman comic books and movie that have been made, this is the currently the last one created. The story takes place in Gotham City where batman takes care of crime but now he must deal with one of the most cynical villains yet.

 

Well there allot of reasons for me really liking this film, the fact that the joker wasn't in it for money but just for the feeling of seeing Gotham City in pandemonium. Secondly, I like the fact that Heath Ledger was in this film. He really played his part like he was the Joker and its sad because that was his very last movie. I love the part of the film when he is talking to that black gangster guy and started telling him about what his dad did to the Joker when he was younger. The graphics in this film were really amazing. The part where batman uses sonar to see everyone through there cell phone that was intense. A thing I didn't like was the whole fact that Batman's voice sounded really raspy n lame wasn't cool at all. Another part of the film that was intense is when the Harvey Dent gets his half of his face burnt off, his fiancee dies, and that’s what makes him turn into Two Face. This film really is amazing everything about this movie was pretty much sick besides the ending really didn’t make any sense. I would give this film a 10/10 and definitely watch it again.

Italian Job Critical Review#9 (9/10)

Well this film is about this huge heist that Charlie Croker and John Bridger rob this huge safe filled with big bars of gold with other men that helped. Then the get away with the safe and then a member of their group Steve robs them for the gold and kills John. So they decide to find the guy Steve that robbed them and get back the gold.

 

Their plan was flawless only problem they had was that Steve guy. I was wondering where they even found that guy like wouldn't you know if he was going to screw them. Also didn't like that the name of the film was Italian Job but only like fifteen minutes of the film was film in Italy. So the name really doesn't fit the theme of this movie. A part of the film that I did like was that Edward Norton, Mark Wahlberg, Jason Statham, Seth Green and, Charlize Theron. These are all Well-know actors. I like the part of the film when they steal the huge safe, just waiting to see what’s in there. Then they open it and there is a whole bunch of gold in it. Another great part of this film is when they plan to steal the gold back from that Steve guy. First, they take out his cable so he calls someone in to fix it and they send someone in to get the floor plan of the house. After this the girl that acts like the cable girl plans a date with that Steve guy which gives a opening to rob the place while she misses the date.

 

Rocky 3 Movie review (8/10)

ell this film is about this professional boxer that made it big in his past fights. Then he has a new challenge that arises a boxer named Mr. Rocky takes Mr.’s challenge and gets beaten. Now he must win the next championship boxing match and get back his glory.

 

My favorite character in this film is obviously rocky balboa because he is the champion of the world and Mr. is a poser. I would have to say that Rocky Balboa's technique is smart wear the other boxer out till you counter and keep using good combinations because you don't win a fight with one punch but a bunch in a strategic technique. I would also have to that Apollo Creed was very strategic fighting and knew where and when to hit that person. For instance he knew to throw hooks and then a haymaker.  A haymaker is a great punch to throw right after jabs because jabs daze the person the haymaker finishes them off. I like how this film shows you that the more effort you put into something the more you get out of it. For instance Rocky lost the first fight because he thought that he was the best, which means he didn’t think to put as much effort in the fight as Mr. T did. That’s why Rocky lost the first fight then Rocky wants to win the next fight against Mr. T so he starts putting more effort into fighting him which eventually pay’s off. Mr. T thought that he could work Rocky without any effort and that’s exactly why Rocky wins the championship fight.

The Spanish Prisoner movie review (7/10)

This film is about this man Joseph who works for a corporation that has a lucrative secret process is tempted to screw them over. But there is allot more to this story then meets the eye. He meets his boss Jimmy that strikes an off-kilter friendship but little did Joseph know that Jimmy actually was looking out for Joseph's best interest.

 

I think that film was really played out to long of a story just for the climax not to be that great of a film. There are some parts of this film that I actually like for instance when the U.S Marshall's catch Jimmy for Murder and Grand Larceny that was really funny and unsuspected. This film keeps you wondering to the very end of the film, which I also really liked. They’re are a few things that bothered me like how played out this movie was and not much action or humor, which are both great building blocks for a film. Another part of this film I didn't like was that the girl that he thought she was helping him actually was screwing him over. The part I really liked about this film was when the Asian U.S Marshall stops the guy from killing Joseph. This film is very detailed to you have pay close attention to almost everything. You might even have to watch this film twice to understand the whole story because some parts of this film are boring. Well if you’re into the “whole” Mystery movies then this is a great film to watch.

Serendipity movie review

This film serendipity is about this man Jonathan and this women Sara who meet randomly and put fate in the hands of serendipity. Fell, in love then separated, convinced that one day they we meet again and rekindle their love.

 

Well I don't like the story line I mean come on you don't meet your soul mate at a store at least not me. I mean seriously your telling that if something is meant to be it will happen. After that great night of spending time with each other which were complete strangers. Doesn't make sense like seriously if you found someone that seemed to brighten up life then why wouldn't you give him or her your information.  Then after a couple years some how they start missing each other but don't know any of their information so then decide to start looking for each other while their supposed to be getting married to someone else. Its really hard to understand why anyone would all sudden decided to find this random person i know they think their in love but seriously you don't just drop everything your doing in life to fall in love with this person you barely even know. This was really boring from the beginning to the end I don’t know why this was every created. The dumbest part of the film is when is fiancée gives him the book with the number in it come on. I would have to give this film a 7/10 because this film really didn't have a big impact on my life.

I have watched "Finding Nemo" twice now. This film is directed by Andrew Stanton and is about a father clown fish named Marlin and his son Nemo who gets taken by scuba divers and now Marlin must find and save his son.

 

There are many parts that I like about this film like for example like the part where Marlin and Dory are getting chased by a great white shark and then the torpedo shot out and the Great White shark chucked it into the mines and then the other shark’s sayed runaway. That’s one of the highlights of the film. Another Great part of the film is where Dory and Marlin are at the bottom of the ocean and they start to see this light which they both adored until behind that light was this creature that they never seen before came out of no where and start chasing them this was a really intense part of the film. There are many parts of this film that are also boring like for example the scenes when Nemo is in the fish tank boring. Another cool part of this film is when Marlin wakes up after being stung by a jellyfish. He wakes to sea turtles that apparently saved him from the jellyfish anyways the sea turtles are really cool and nice creatures that talked really mellow. One of my favorite parts of the movie is when the older sea turtle and his son both hit each other on the head with each others head and say noggin it was hilarious.

This movie "The Karate Kid" is about a boy named Daniel and his mom move to California from New Jersey. He starts going to this high school where these boys start fights with him because he starts hanging out with one of the boys ex girlfriend. Then Daniel starts learning Karate so that he can beat up the boy that beats him up at school.

 

Well one of my favorite parts of this film is when daniel is getting beaten up Mr. Miyagi jumps the fence and beats up all four boys. Another great part of the film is when they are at the halloween dance and daniel finds out that bobby is in the bathroom. So daniel takes the hoes and soaks him it was really hilarious. I didn't like the way the dressed and the boys that beat up daniel were really lame but thought they where really cool. Another great part of this film is when is when the Karate competition goes on and Daniel got really good at karate and finally gets to fight bobby and beat him up for all the times he got beat up by bobby. Then after the competition he wins bobby’s ex girlfriends and saves the day I would recommend this film to anyone who is into fighting and likes seeing punks get beat up. So go rent this film or buy it at your local movie seller. I think that the only part of this film that might bug you is its in the 1980’s.
